How does the 14-day trial work?+
When you sign up, you get 14 days free with full Pro-tier features — no credit card required. During the trial you have 30 AI generations per month. After the trial, your account automatically switches to the Free plan: 10 products, 1 language, no AI. To keep going, upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Business.
What's included in the Free plan?+
The Free plan lets you add up to 10 products and have a public storefront. AI listing generation and AI store description improvement are not available. These features require Starter or above.
Does AI generation work on every plan?+
No. AI listing generation is available on Starter, Pro, Business, and Custom plans. Starter: 10 generations/month, Pro: 30/month, Business: 100/month. The Free plan has no AI features. During the trial you get Pro-level access (30/month).
What is the Custom Package and how do I get it?+
The Custom Package includes your own domain name (in your own account), custom branding and colors, in-person setup and training, first 30 products added together, and a dedicated WhatsApp support line. All Business-tier features are included. Pricing and scope are defined case by case — no listed price. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss.
Does the shop really belong to me?+
Three things are always yours: (1) Your domain name — registered in your own account, paid by you directly. (2) Your data — products, photos, prices — downloadable in one click, every day. (3) Your brand — shop name, logo, customer relationships. The shop runs on my server so I handle the maintenance. The software is mine, but your business is yours. If one day you want to work with someone else, you take your domain, download your data, and go to another developer. You never lose your business.
What if something happens to you? What if you disappear?+
I have a written plan for this. You can export your data every day — so in the worst case, you already have everything. Beyond that, if I ever stop running Bazari for any reason, you get 90 days to download your data and migrate. And if I become unreachable, a trusted person is instructed to notify active clients. All of this is in writing, not just a verbal promise.
Do I need a computer to add products?+
No. Everything works from your phone. Take a photo, write the title in your language, set the price. Done. Translation is automatic.
How good is the translation?+
We use DeepL and Claude AI — professional quality. Your customers read it like it was written by a native speaker. Far better than Google Translate.
What kinds of products is it for?+
Electronics, furniture, appliances, clothing, food, garden — anything physical. Not suitable for services (barbers, repair shops, etc.).
Is my data safe?+
All data is hosted in the European Union (Supabase Europe-West). Never shared with third parties beyond the technical providers strictly necessary. GDPR-compliant.
