Frequently Asked Questions
Does the shop really belong to me?+
Three things are always yours: (1) Your domain name — registered in your own account, paid by you directly. (2) Your data — products, photos, prices — downloadable in one click, every day. (3) Your brand — shop name, logo, customer relationships. The shop runs on my server so I handle the maintenance. The software is mine, but your business is yours. If one day you want to work with someone else, you take your domain, download your data, and go to another developer. You never lose your business.
What if something happens to you? What if you disappear?+
I have a written plan for this. You can export your data every day — so in the worst case, you already have everything. Beyond that, if I ever stop running Bazari for any reason, you get 90 days to download your data and migrate. And if I become unreachable, a trusted person is instructed to notify active clients. All of this is in writing, not just a verbal promise.
What if I don't take the maintenance plan?+
That's fine. Your shop runs free for 3 months. After that, you decide: maintenance plan, or continue with limited features. Your choice.
Do I need a computer to add products?+
No. Everything works from your phone. Take a photo, write the title in your language, set the price. Done. Translation is automatic.
How good is the translation?+
We use DeepL and Claude AI — professional quality. Your customers read it like it was written by a native speaker. Far better than Google Translate.
Who has used it before?+
A friend in Brussels who sells Amazon return pallets. Ready in two weeks, uses it every day now. I can show you his shop and introduce you to him if you want.
What kinds of products is it for?+
Electronics, furniture, appliances, clothing, food, garden — anything physical. Not suitable for services (barbers, repair shops, etc.).
